When you sign up for our dealer program, we work with you to provide you the tools and the resources you need to sell the way that fits your business. Whether you’re looking to create a high-profit business, or just earn some extra cash, the flexibility of the program is meant to work at your pace and style.

Step By Step:

  1. Sign up for the Dealer Program here. Be sure to provide the correct and complete information applicable to your business.

  2. Purchase your Dealer Kiosk from the Dealer Shop. While we prepare to pack and ship your order, you will be notified of your Dealer Membership login and the special features and information you can now access.

  3. Once you receive your Dealer Kiosk and promotional items, you can begin taking orders from customers!

  4. Each customer order is completed one at a time through the Client Items shop. Customer orders must be done ONE-AT-A-TIME to ensure shipping to the right customers. Do not bulk order for multiple customers and assume it will be sent to individual addresses.

  5. Bulk and inventory orders will be drop-shipped to the address on file and include Reach Base units so customers can choose their preferred inserts through your store.

Before you become a dealer, there are few requirements and instructions you should know first:

  1. If you are a licensed firearms dealer, you must provide your 15 character ID number, so as not to put your Dealer Account on hold.

  2. Dealer prices do not include handling fees, handling fees within the Dealer program are based on weight.

  3. Dealer prices do not include tax rates, tax rates within the Dealer program are based on the Dealer’s zip code. Vara Safety can ship and sell to Canada, but please remind the customer they are responsible for Canadian taxes and duties.

  4. Bulk orders will be drop shipped to the account address on file. Vara Safety may need to follow up on business verification to complete such orders.

  5. If an ordered item is not in stock Vara Safety will notify you and provide approximate lead time. Unless you are directed to cancel the order, Vara Safety will hold the order and ship it as soon as the merchandise is available. Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipping.

  6. Tracking numbers will be emailed to both dealers and customers when orders are shipped.

  7. Customers are responsible for their own return process and can do so by notifying Product(s) must be in the original packaging in "new" condition to receive a full refund.

  8. Customers must email for Authorization within 30 days. The customer will be given a pre-paid shipping label to print and verify shipping transactions.

  9. Orders shipped within New York are subject (by law) to the New York sales tax at 8%. Please notify if you have a New York state resale permit.
